By using sikagroup.co.za, you agree to these Website Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. Separate written proposals, service agreements or engagement terms may apply when you appoint SIKA to provide a service.
3. Current Course and Payment Status
NO CURRENT ONLINE COURSE SALE The Cannabis Compliance Course is not currently available for enrolment or purchase through this website. SIKA does not currently accept PayFast course payments through the website. References to upcoming training are informational and do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance.
Before online course sales or PayFast payments begin, SIKA will publish updated course terms, pricing, delivery information, refund rules and privacy disclosures.
4. Website Information and Enquiries
The website provides general information about SIKA and its divisions. Submitting an enquiry, requesting an appointment or asking for a proposal does not by itself create an agreement for paid services. An agreement arises only when the relevant terms, scope and fees are accepted by the parties through an authorised process.
5. Appointments
Appointment availability shown online is subject to confirmation. You must provide accurate contact information and notify us if you cannot attend. Unless a separate notice states otherwise, the booking request does not require online payment.
6. Cannabis Compliance Information
Cannabis compliance information on the website is general educational and operational information. It is not legal, medical, pharmaceutical or regulatory advice for a particular person or business. Website information does not:
grant a SAHPRA licence, Section 21 authorisation, permit or regulatory approval;
authorise cannabis cultivation, manufacture, sale, possession, dispensing, distribution or supply;
replace advice from a qualified professional or competent authority; or
guarantee that a person, store, collection point, club or organisation is legally compliant.
Laws and regulatory guidance may change. Users remain responsible for verifying current requirements and obtaining advice suitable to their circumstances.

The website may depend on or link to third-party services, including hosting, security, forms, booking, email and social platforms. Their own terms may apply. SIKA is not responsible for a third party’s independent conduct, but this does not limit responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We aim to keep the website available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend features for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.

SIKA will exercise reasonable care in publishing website information.
